JOB DEFINITION:

To ensure the company's ability to supply itself with the raw materials, equipment and services required for production and operations.


WORKING CONDITIONS:

The job is based at the company's headquarters in Aubagne ZI les Paluds, with occasional travel in France and abroad.


MISSIONS:

- Analyze the market and the company's needs

- Select suppliers and products

- Ensure commercial negotiation

TRAINING:

Bac+2 to Bac+5 level expected
2 to 5 years' experience in the field required

JOB DEFINITION:

Produce parts by removing material until defined shapes and dimensions (flat, cylindrical, etc.) are obtained, in compliance with drawings, operating procedures and instructions, and following safety and quality rules and production requirements (lead time, quality). Operate conventional, numerically-controlled machines and/or machining centers.


WORKING CONDITIONS:

The job is performed in a standing position in a workshop sector at the Aubagne site, as part of a team organized into workstations.
PPE must be worn.

MISSIONS:

- Verify the presence of drawings, operating procedures, tools and manufacturing labels, with the correct part numbers, accessories and products to enable production under the right conditions.
- Carry out the various operations involved in positioning and clamping parts on the machine's tooling, in compliance with handling and safety procedures.
- Start production on the machine in strict compliance with instructions and operating procedures. Start production within the allotted time, perform the various finishing operations on parts after machining.
- Check parts in compliance with the instructions listed on the production order, fill it in. Inform if the instructions and results of the check are not respected.
- Pack or transfer parts in compliance with safety instructions, using appropriate gestures and postures.
- Clean and tidy up work environment in strict compliance with health and safety standards.

TRAINING:

BAC PRO TU level, mechanical product manufacturing.

SKILLS:

The job requires the ability to:
- Read a simple drawing and know how to use dimensional checking equipment, fill in and transmit manufacturing documents (OF).
-Follow an operating range, distinguish reference marks or part orientation requirements, have the skill and precision of movements and memorize a sequence of precise instructions, gestures or checks.
- Check the machining set-up of the part (clearance, holding, operation, etc.) and make adjustments for positioning and clamping.
- Perform finishing operations on parts (deburring, etc.), carry out visual inspection of parts.

- Follow an operating range, distinguish the reference marks or orientation needs of parts, have the skill and precision of movements and memorize a sequence of precise instructions, gestures or checks.
- Carry out precision manual assembly, checking, positioning and securing parts and assembly components (frames, clusters, jigs, structures, etc.).
- Check assembly (appearance, parallelism, clearance, fit, function, etc.) and make adjustments and touch-ups. -Fill in production labels. Check work results
